Terms of Service

LunarSEO is an autonomous SEO agent that researches, writes, illustrates, and publishes articles to your website. We provide it on an as-is basis described in these terms.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@lunarseo.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use LunarSEO to produce and publish content for sites you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. You may not use it to:

• Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• Generate content designed to defraud, deceive, or impersonate;
• Produce content that promotes illegal goods or services, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or targeted harassment;
• Stuff keywords, deploy doorway pages, or otherwise violate the public webmaster guidelines of major search engines;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access tiers of the service;
• Resell raw API access to LunarSEO without a written reseller agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these rules while we investigate. Repeated or egregious violations end the subscription with no refund of the current period.

You own everything LunarSEO generates for you. We claim no copyright over the articles, outlines, images, or other artifacts produced under your account. Once generated, the output is yours to publish, republish, edit, or delete.

AI-generated content can occasionally surface inaccuracies or phrasing similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing what publishes from your account.

To run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and display the site data, brand-voice descriptions, and content you provide — strictly for the purpose of operating LunarSEO for you. This license ends when you delete the data or close your account.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge. After the trial, your selected plan renews monthly at the price published on lunarseo.io/#pricing on the day you subscribed.

Cancel anytime from /app/billing or by emailing hello@lunarseo.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice; the new price applies to the renewal after that notice period ends.

LunarSEO integrates with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, and other third-party services you choose to connect. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

We aim for 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Clerk, AI providers, your CMS), and unexpected incidents can all cause downtime. If a major outage materially affects you, contact us and we'll work out a reasonable credit.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, LunarSEO disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated content, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LunarSEO's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

You agree to defend and indemnify LunarSEO against claims arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content you publish via the service that infringes third-party rights or breaks the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

We may update these terms when our service or the law changes. If the change is material, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
